Problem:-I have lost my viewing window.  I like to watch TV using Media
 Center while I use other programs but I am having problems and dont know how
to fix them.  I can see everything whe the window is maximized however, when
 I shrink the size of the window it disappears. How do I fix this problem?

Resolution:-To resolve the issue-right click MCE in the lower taskbar > click on move >use arrow
keys on the keyboard to move the window back.
