A DVD Plays Only In Media Center

The Problem:-If  you insert a DVD in Windows Vista Media Center based system the AutoPlay dialog appears.Now if  you select Play DVD movie using Windows Media Center, the DVD plays in Windows Media Center.Next time if you like to open the DVD with any other program,other than Media Center,in AutoPlay,the DVD still plays in Media Center,inspite of changing with other programs.Bottomline the DVD only plays in Media Center regardless of the program that is  selected  in the AutoPlay dialog box.

Resolution:-

1] Click Start button

2] In the Start Search box type:autoplay and press the Enter Key.

3] In the DVD movie field, click the action that you want Windows to perform after you insert a DVD in the DVD drive

4] Click the Save button.
