Heatwave has now been updated to support WMC in Windows 7. The plugin shows the current temperature, wind, humidity, pressure, visibility, and more as well as the highs and lows for that day and the following week.

Earlier whenever you tried to take printscreen of Media Center in full screen the image became totally black.

Now here is a registry tweak which will allow you to enjoy the printscreen in full screen mode.

Steps:-

1] Start> in Start Search box type in regedit > OK

2] Click Yes on UAC pop up.

3] Now navigate to the following registry location:-

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Media Center\Service\Video\

4] Right-click in the right-pane.

5]  Click New and select the appropriate DWORD for your system.

6] Name the new DWORD EnablePrintScreen.

7 ] Double-click the new DWORD.

8]  In the Value data textbox, input 1.

9] Click the OK button.

10] Restart.

The easiest method to launch your favorite recorded TV shows are from the Windows Media Center desktop gadget in Windows 7 Media Center.But you  don’t like to use the gadget you can still launch the same from the Start Menu.

How to do this:-

1] Right Click on Taskbar

2] Select Properties

3] Click Start Menu under Taskbar and Start Menu Properties.

4] Click Customize tab.

6] Select Display as a menu.
