Hauupauge Q950 ATSC USB Tuner is not detected

Problem:-

I have been trying to install Hauupauge Q950 ATSC USB Tuner in my Windows 7 Home Premium,64 bit but it’s not detecting  any ATSC signals ( “Cable, Satallite and Antenna” ).I already installed the patch from the Hauupauge website for Media Center.I am staying in Canada.

Resolution:-

You can use use US Zip code.I know that there are incidents where users living in Toronto used ZIP code for Youngstown, NY (14174) and were able to watch digital tv channels without any problem.

Otherwise you may go for hacks as described here:-
