Fixing Product Key Not Received For Windows 8 Media Center


I submitted a request for a Windows Media Center activation code via; I sent this through on 24 Nov.  However, I have not yet received a code to activate.More than 72 hrs past-no response from Microsoft.What to do?


It has now become a known issue.The delay is due to international time zones one would assume.Sometimes using different email address for requesting product key helps.If you experience the same using different email id you may try the following:-

Depending upon the country where you are located ,call Microsoft Customer Service,eg.if you are located in US;Call  1-800-936-5700 or, 1-800-Microsoft (642-7676) and explain your problem. They will give you code over the phone.It may take a few minutes to get things done.
