How do I transfer photos from Windows Media Player to My Pictures folder?

Problem:-

I wish to transfer  hundreds of photos from Windows Media Player to My Pictures folder. How could I do this?

Resolution:-

Use Windows Explorer for this.

Right-click a photo in WMP’s library and select Open file location. Now use Windows Explorer to move photos to Pictures folder.

The Music, Videos, and Pictures libraries in Windows point to folders that store the actual media files on your computer. The Player Library simply contains links to the media files, but gives you greater control of how you organize and use your digital media content than the Windows folders do.

  1. If you right click on a picture in WMP it does NOT give you the option to “Open File Location” It gives you Picture Details, Delete, Rotate, View Small, Manage Library, and Settings…none of which has an option available to “Open File Location”. I have Windows 7 Pro. How do I transfer pictures from WMP to my documents folder so I can have access to them and email them etc????
