How To Fix Script Error in Windows Media Player 12 in Windows 8.1

Consider the following scenarios:

A user is getting a script error when attempting to click “Find Album Info”:

An error has occurred in the script on this page

Line: xxx

Character: xx

Error: Object expected

Code: 0

[where x=any number between 1 to 9]

Then there is a URL:

http://fai.music.metaservices.microsoft.com/FAI/scripts/default.js

followed by this message:

Do you want to continue running scripts on this page? Yes or No.
