Running Windows 8.1 and I can’t download my purchased videos on my Surface Pro 3. It gives me an error message 0xc00d36b2.
1.Firstly check how much space does your Surface Pro 3 have left available.
2.Create a new folder on the desktop. Open Xbox Video App, move to Settings>Preferences>Choose where we look for videos on this PC and add that new folder, but remove all other folders. See if your video purchase then downloads.
