I am running Windows 8.1. When I try to open mail app I get the following error:
“Reconnect to the internet and sync to get the rest of this message”
Why it’s happening?
It may happen if there is an issue with synchronization of the mail app.
To fix the issue try the followings:
Run the Microsoft Accounts troubleshooter.
Run the app troubleshooter
Try to manually sync your app licenses :
- Open Windows Store.
- Tap or click Settings.
- Tap or click App updates.
- Tap or click Sync licenses.
