DCIMAN32.DLL is missing or corrupted in Windows 10


I have upgraded to Windows 10 , now I am getting DCIMAN32.DLL is missing or corrupted.


The dciman32.dll file is the Dynamic Link Library for the Display Control Interface (DCI) Manager. It is used to improve graphics performance when using direct video memory access. Applications that typically rely on the dciman32.dll file for performance include games, CAD drawing applications, and graphics editing software.

It is located at C:\Windows\System32

To fix the problem open CMD as Admin:

Type the following the following  commands at the CMD prompt followed by hitting the Enter Key in each case:
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

sfc /scannow
