Windows Media Player 12 Turns out To Blue Player Screen From Library Mode Automatically in Windows 8.1

Problem:

I am facing a strange issue with my WMP12.It turns to blue player screen from the library mode.I haven’t changed any settings.

Resolution:

In Start up Screen type in Troubleshooting,or you can press Win + S keys to open Search option and type in troubleshooting in the blank space and press the Enter Key.

Click on Troubleshooting.

Click View all.

Click Windows Media Player Settings.

Click Next to run the troubleshooting wizard.
