How to fix if Windows Security Tray Icon is missing

Problem:

Windows Security tray icon is missing.

Resolution:

To restore missing Windows Security Tray icon try the followings:

  • Open Run menu and type the following command and then hit the enter key:

C:\Windows\System32\SecurityHealthSystray.exe

  • Now, create a shortcut of SecurityHealthSystray.exe and put in Startup folder. To open Startup folder –go to Run and type shell:startup
