Known issue of KB4592438

This KB was released by Microsoft on December 8th, and is applicable for Windows 10, version 2004, all editionsWindows Server version 2004Windows 10, version 20H2, all editionsWindows Server, version 20H2.

Now after installing this KB ,after a restart the system goes for a Chkdsk but it fails to repair m then there is BSOD with a QR code. Finally it tries to Automatic Repair and that fails too. Microsoft is aware of it and trying to fix.

Microsoft has paused the rollout of the Windows 10 October 2018 Update (version 1809) for all users as Microsoft investigates isolated reports of users missing some files after updating.

The October Update is not available in Windows Update.

Please don’t install it and wait until new media is available.
