All Intel® Core™ Processors that are 8th Generation and higher support Windows 11.
Core i9-11900KB is a 11th Generation Intel® Core™ i9 Processors, so it will surely support Windows 11.
Intel® NUCs meeting minimum requirements will support a clean installation of Windows 11
