Problem:
USB headset doesn’t work with USB connection but it only works with Bluetooth connection.
Resolution:
- Firstly check, if there is any physical damage USB connector or the headset itself.
- You may try a different USB port.
- Right-click the speaker icon in the taskbar
- Select “Sounds”.
- Go to the “Playback” tab.
- Make sure your USB headset is set as the default device. Right-click on it and choose “Set as Default Device” if it’s not already selected.
- Update audio driver.
- If required-In the sound control panel – Recording – Microphone – Advanced – uncheck the option Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device.
- Restart
