Fixing VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR

Problem:

PC crashes when I launch games with VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR

Resolution:

To resolve the “VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR,” you can try the following steps:

  • Update Graphics Card Drivers: Make sure you have the latest drivers for your graphics card installed. You can download the drivers from the manufacturer’s website and install them manually.
  • Reinstall Graphics Card Drivers: If updating the drivers doesn’t work, try uninstalling the current graphics card drivers completely and then reinstalling them.
  • Ensure that your graphics card is not overheating. Clean the GPU and ensure proper airflow to prevent overheating.
  • If the problem persists, there might be a hardware issue with your graphics card. You can try reseating the graphics card in its slot or testing it in another system to see if the problem persists.

After Starting PC goes to BIOS straight

Problem:

After starting PC the Windows does not load rather it foes to BIOS directly. How to fix?

Resolution:

  • Firstly, check if the SSD/HDD is detected by the BIOS. If not then switch off power and open the cabinet. Unplug SATA cable and the power cable from SSD. Then again attach them firmly and check if the issue is resolved or not.(make sure both ends of SATA cable is tightly attached-one end to the SATA port of the motherboard and other end to the SSD).
  • If the issue is not resolved change the SATA cable or SATA port.
  • If the SSD/HDD is detected in the BIOS but Windows is not loading then there may be corrupted files of Windows which are preventing to load Windows. In this case you have to reinstall Windows.

Fixing No Display

Problem:

The Power button is working, CPU fan is working but there is absolutely no display on monitor. How to fix?

Resolution:

If the Power button and CPU fan are working but you are not getting any display on monitor then turn off PC.

  • Check the power cable connecting to the monitor is tightly attached and in good condition. If the cable is okay then lets move to the next step of troubleshooting.
  • Open the cabinet and carefully unplug RAM from the socket.

After unplugging clean the RAM.The gold contacts of RAM modules must be clean and free of debris in order to maintain a solid connection. To clean use a tissue paper.

  • If cleaning doesn’t help then change the memory slot of RAM.
  • If required change the RAM.
  • Sometimes overheating may be an issue. In that case open the CPU, clean and put thermal paste. Attach the CPU fan.
